The Build & Payment Schedule
We bill in step with the coach itself — 50% to start cutting steel, 25% at paint & interior fit-out, and the final 25% once it clears inspection and is ready to roll out.
Order confirmed, chassis procured, and body fabrication begins — structure and framing take shape on the shop floor.
Panelling and paint are completed; seating, electricals and interior fitting begin on the finished shell.
Final finishing and quality inspection are complete — the coach is dispatched only once this instalment clears.
See It In Motion
A walk through the same Ahmedabad workshop floor behind every stage above — steel, welds and coaches, mid-build.
WORKSHOP FLOOR · AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT
Coach Range · Per AIS 153
Every configuration is fabricated to the length and axle class defined under AIS 153, from staff shuttles to multi-axle sleeper coaches.
22 to 41 seats. Suited to staff shuttles, school & institutional runs, and short tourist circuits.
The standard intercity workhorse — seater and sleeper layouts on a single-axle chassis.
Extended-length configurations for long-haul overnight routes and high-capacity seating.
Interior Fit-Out
Cushioned reclining seats, curtained sleeper cabins and finished panelling — fitted after paint, before a single passenger boards.
Advance Payment Policy
Each instalment is tied to a physical, verifiable stage of your coach — not a calendar date. You're funding chassis and steel, then paint and interiors, then a finished, inspected vehicle — never work that hasn't started.
This policy forms part of the standard work order / agreement and is subject to revision at the Company's discretion.
Terms & Conditions
Every bus/coach body is manufactured strictly to AIS 153 (Bus Body Code, MoRTH) and the vehicle's Type Approval Certificate. Any alteration made after delivery — to seating layout, panelling, chassis-body mounting, emergency exits, or fire-safety/electrical systems — without the Company's prior written consent will invalidate the AIS 153 certification, void the warranty on the affected part(s) or the entire vehicle, and release the Company from all resulting liability. The Customer is responsible for obtaining written approval before any post-delivery change.
