FROM THE SHOP FLOOR

Real steel. Real welds.
Every coach starts here.

No two orders are identical — but every one of them begins as tubular steel, squared and welded by hand in our Ahmedabad workshop before a single skin panel goes on.

The Build & Payment Schedule

Three stages. One invoice, split three ways.

We bill in step with the coach itself — 50% to start cutting steel, 25% at paint & interior fit-out, and the final 25% once it clears inspection and is ready to roll out.

STAGE 01Bus chassis and tubular steel frame under fabrication in the workshop
50%

Chassis & Frame

Order confirmed, chassis procured, and body fabrication begins — structure and framing take shape on the shop floor.

STAGE 02Primed white coach shells with composite panelling ready for paint
25%

Paint & Interior Fit-Out

Panelling and paint are completed; seating, electricals and interior fitting begin on the finished shell.

STAGE 03Finished, painted coaches ready for final inspection and dispatch
25%

Inspection & Dispatch

Final finishing and quality inspection are complete — the coach is dispatched only once this instalment clears.

Advance Payment Policy

The fine print on how instalments work.

  • Each stage payment must be received in full before work on the next stage begins.
  • Payments accepted via NEFT, RTGS, cheque or DD, in favour of Shree Veer Modular Coaches LLP.
  • GST and other applicable taxes are charged extra, at prevailing government rates.
  • Production and delivery timelines are contingent on timely receipt of each instalment; late payment may delay delivery.
  • The coach is dispatched only after the final instalment is realised in full.
  • Any change in scope after order confirmation may affect the payment schedule and final invoice value.

Why milestone billing

Each instalment is tied to a physical, verifiable stage of your coach — not a calendar date. You're funding chassis and steel, then paint and interiors, then a finished, inspected vehicle — never work that hasn't started.

This policy forms part of the standard work order / agreement and is subject to revision at the Company's discretion.

AIS 153 Compliance & Post-Delivery Modifications

Every bus/coach body is manufactured strictly to AIS 153 (Bus Body Code, MoRTH) and the vehicle's Type Approval Certificate. Any alteration made after delivery — to seating layout, panelling, chassis-body mounting, emergency exits, or fire-safety/electrical systems — without the Company's prior written consent will invalidate the AIS 153 certification, void the warranty on the affected part(s) or the entire vehicle, and release the Company from all resulting liability. The Customer is responsible for obtaining written approval before any post-delivery change.

01Scope+
The Company designs, fabricates and supplies bus/coach bodies strictly per the specifications and drawings annexed to the accepted Order, which form part of this contract.
02Payment+
Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable levies. Payment is due per the schedule agreed in the Order; overdue amounts attract interest, and the Company may withhold delivery until dues are cleared. Ownership/title passes to the Customer only on receipt of full and final payment.
03Delivery+
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the Company's reasonable control (see Force Majeure). The Customer must inspect the vehicle and record any visible defects in writing at the time of handover; claims raised thereafter will not be entertained.
04Warranty+
The Company warrants the body fabrication against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, subject to normal use. Excludes the chassis/engine (covered by the OEM), misuse, overloading, normal wear/corrosion, and any defect from post-delivery modification.
05Limitation of Liability+
The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the Order/vehicle concerned. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of business or goodwill.
06Cancellation & Refunds+
A confirmed Order may be cancelled only with the Company's prior written consent. Refundable advances shall be net of costs already incurred towards materials, labour and design/engineering work.
07Force Majeure+
The Company is not liable for delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or supply-chain disruption.
08IP, Confidentiality & Indemnity+
All designs, drawings and fabrication processes remain the Company's exclusive property. Each party shall keep the other's confidential information private. The Customer shall indemnify the Company against claims arising from unauthorised modification or misuse of the vehicle after delivery.
09Governing Law & Disputes+
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which by arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (seat: Ahmedabad), subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad. These Terms, with the Order and its annexures, constitute the entire agreement and may be amended by the Company prospectively.
